Girgit Studios wins at FICCI BAF Awards 2026
We’re happy to share that Girgit Studios has won the Best Animated Advertising / Promotional Film at the FICCI BAF Awards 2026 for the IndiGo Axis Bank Credit Card films, created in collaboration with Nash8.
The films brought together a playful visual language with animation, live action and layered movement to create a world that feels simple and effortless on screen. Behind that simplicity was a fairly intricate production, with every frame carefully designed to keep the films energetic, engaging and seamless.
For a studio that believes in bringing together design, storytelling and animation, it is especially rewarding to see this work recognised by one of India’s leading platforms for animation and digital art.
The BAF Awards, presented as part of FICCI FRAMES 2026, recognise excellence across animation, VFX, gaming, comics, XR and AI.
